We offer a range of DISC ADVANCED solutions to meet the needs of every client, from individuals, to teams, to entire businesses.

Introduction to DISC ADVANCED & Behavioural Awareness

    • DISC ADVANCED licensed behavioural style assessment, to be completed online prior to consultation (15 minutes);

    • Your individual behavioural style report;

    • 1 hour consultation session (in-person or online), including overview of the DISC framework, introduction to the behavioural styles, and debrief of your individual report;

    • Additional resources to support positive interpersonal skills; and

    • Optional access to post-consultation support - further assist understanding of your behavioural style report and implement your action plan.

    • DISC ADVANCED licensed behavioural style assessment, to be completed online by each participant prior to workshop (15 minutes);

    • Individual behavioural style reports for all participants;

    • 3-hour workshop session (in-person or online), including

      • overview of the DISC framework,

      • introduction to the behavioural styles,

      • behavioural style identification activities and practice,

      • for teams - sharing of behavioural styles with mapping and identification of where the team may find challenges in working together, and

      • group debrief of individual reports;

    • Additional resources to support positive interpersonal skills; and

    • If workshop is for a team (recommended), provision to leadership of a Team Report.

Practical Implementation Workshops

    • 3-hour workshop session (in-person or online), including

      • refresher of the DISC framework and behavioural styles,

      • sharing of behavioural styles and communication preferences with mapping and identification of where the team may experience communication challenges, and

      • activities to support positive communication with other behavioural styles; and

    • Additional resources to support adjustment with communication styles different to participants’ own style

    • Team communication preference profile

    *All participants must have completed a DISC ADVANCED assessment through Elemore Consulting within 12 months of attending this workshop

    • 2-hour workshop session (in-person or online), including

      • refresher of the DISC framework and behavioural styles,

      • activities that create awareness of each leadership style’s impact, strengths and weaknesses, as well as how each leadership style can adjust to more effectively motivate their team,

      • an overview of relevant psychosocial hazards and how risk can be lowered through behavioural adjustments

    • Additional resources to support leaders in delegating, communicating and providing feedback to their team

    *All participants must have completed a DISC ADVANCED assessment through Elemore Consulting within 12 months of attending this workshop

Coaching

  • 1-hour coaching session (in-person or online).

    These sessions may be helpful for individuals who are:

    • experiencing interpersonal issues with a colleague, but they aren’t yet ready to discuss this with the colleague; or

    • seeking to develop a deeper understanding of the DISC framework and behavioural styles.

    *Individuals must have completed a DISC ADVANCED assessment through Elemore Consulting within 12 months of a coaching session.

  • 1-hour coaching session (in-person or online).

    These sessions may be helpful for colleagues (peers or managers/team members) who are looking for ways to understand each other and work together more effectively.

    *Both individuals must have completed a DISC ADVANCED assessment through Elemore Consulting within 12 months of a coaching session.

  • 1-hour coaching session (in-person or online).

    These sessions may be helpful for leaders at all levels who may not have been given access to the Lead in Style Workshop, or would benefit from exploring their own leadership style in a one-on-one setting.

    Sessions can also be used to discuss psychosocial risk that may be created through the leaders behaviours, and to explore what adjustments can be made to decrease risk.

    *Leaders must have completed a DISC ADVANCED assessment through Elemore Consulting within 12 months of a coaching session.

For Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Understand the way your potential new hires will interact with team members and managers; how they are likely to respond under pressure; what motivates them; their strengths; and their communication preferences.

    This package includes:

    • As many candidate assessments as you require

    • Report debrief with the Hiring Manager and/or Recruiter with specific interpretation regarding how the candidate’s behavioural style may fit the role requirements and your environment.

    Further insight can be provided on how the Hiring Manager and new hire may work together if the Hiring Manager also completes an Individual DISC ADVANCED Assessment & Consultation.

  • If you have utilised DISC ADVANCED profiling in the recruitment process, maximise the benefits of your investment and have your new starter debriefed on the results.

    This session is just for your newly onboarded employee, and includes a 1-hour overview of the DISC ADVANCED framework, introduction to the behavioural styles, debrief of the individual’s assessment report.
